We provide a dedicated service which caters for all of your stoma and continence needs. We also take care of GP requests.

Taking care of you and your prescription
Prescriptions
In most cases, your nurse will have arranged an initial delivery for you and sent us your prescription details. If you’d like to discuss alternative products, our team of product experts are available to help.
Care Plan
Our welcome team and dedicated customer service team take care of all your needs, they will take care of your personalised care plan.
Ordering
Patient choice is one of the six components of the NHS’s Comprehensive Model of Personalised Care. In partnership with the NHS we ensure you have the freedom of choosing the best products for your condition. By signing up to our Order Management Service our customer care team will call you to take your order on a date that’s convenient for you.
Supplies
Register for the NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) and we can automatically process and deliver your products on a designated date – just ask one of our team for details.
Delivery
How you receive your order is just as important as when. Our customers value our discreet, convenient delivery services, at a time and place to suit. Once your order is ready, we can notify you of a one-hour timeslot window, via text or email, so you know exactly when it’s going to be delivered. Our courier partner – DPD – offers coverage across the UK and ensure your order is never far away.

Whether you’ve had recent surgery or have been living with your condition for many years, our very own Nursing team can help in lots of ways, such as providing impartial and confidential advice. Our customers are people, not patients. They’re babies, children, teenagers, adults and the young-at-heart. People who, just like you, want to live life to the full. We commit to providing the right support to help make that happen.
Free Counselling
Our counselling service for customers aged over 18 and immediate family helps with the unique challenges that health issues can bring. Counselling can take place over the phone or via video chat and consists of up to six sessions.
