Marco Usai – Senior Managing Director - HSG Europe
Career
Marco began his career in Pharmaceuticals in 2004 before joining Convatec in 2009, covering various financial and commercial roles and spending extensive time abroad for project work. He has been with Amcare since 2020, becoming the Managing Director in 2024. Marco is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant and armed with an Executive MBA from the University of Manchester, he brings both strategy and energy to the role.
Personal Life
Outside work, Marco lives in Chester with his wife and son. He loves visiting his Italian family in Sardinia and getting outside for long walks whenever he can.
Bethan Langford – Finance Business Partner
Career
Bethan joined the Amcare team in June 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience from various finance roles throughout her career.
Personal Life
Living in North Wales with her partner and three children, Bethan likes to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings and enjoys long walks o’r mynydd i’r môr (from the mountain to the sea). Alongside her passion for the outdoors, Bethan is a fan of music and loves attending various live music events.

James Wheatley – Senior Manager, Customer Care
Career
James joined Amcare in July 2019 and brought with him over 18 years of customer service experience from various sectors, including financial services and IT. He's passionate about ensuring our customers always receive the highest level of support.
Personal Life
Outside of work, James is kept busy by his three boys and their endless after school activities. In his spare time, James also coaches an under 6 football team!

Robert Owens – Director, Supply Chain
Career
Rob joined us in November 2020, bringing over 30 years of procurement and supply chain management from industries including pharmaceuticals, orthotics and anti-counterfeiting technologies. A full member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, Rob has a Master’s degree in Procurement from the University of South Wales.
Personal Life
Outside of work, Rob can often be found walking along the North East coast with his girlfriend and their two dogs, on a squash court or a football pitch, or supporting his beloved Newcastle United.
Pete Fuller – Associate Director, IT
Career
Pete has a passion for technology and its potential to improve lives, viewing it as a tool for empowerment. Before joining Convatec in 2019, he supported National and Local Government in driving efficiency through tech. As a Chartered Institute for IT (BCS) member, he’s proud to have led projects benefiting vulnerable communities and charities.
Personal Life
Pete’s passion for helping people extends beyond technology. He has received three national awards for bravery after intervening to save a life. He lives by the North Wales coast with his wife and enjoys relaxing by the sea with his grown-up family.

Mark Cresswell – Quality, Regulatory and Compliance Manager
Career
Mark joined us in January 2022, having previously worked for Convatec since 2015. With 30 years of experience in the medical device and healthcare industry - 15 of those being in quality and regulatory roles - Mark brings deep expertise to the Amcare team.
Personal Life
Mark lives in the hills of North Wales with his wife and two kids. Outside work, he's often playing football or golf, walking in the local countryside, going to concerts, renovating his house or cheering on Liverpool FC.

Andrew McKnight – Lead Business Manager
Career
Andy joined Amcare in 2019 following 25 years of experience in the financial services and payments industry, adopting a number of roles across sales, service and project management. As Lead Business Manager, Andy facilitates seamless collaboration and communication between the Amcare and Convatec teams.
Personal Life
Outside of work Andy, lives in Chester with his wife and 9 year old daughter. Any free time is spent outdoors, with a focus on keeping fit through running.

Dave Cook – Business Data Lead
Career
Dave brings 25 years of experience in business, operations, and sales enablement to the Amcare team. He's our go-to for tuning complex data into clear insights that help to shape strategy. With a background in offshore finance and UK banking, he has a well-formed legislative and regulatory conformance mindset. He is a former winner of the Isle of Man's "Manx Executive Challenge" under the Chartered Management Institute.
Personal Life
Dave lives in Ellesmere Port with his wife and two adult children. Both of his boys were born and raised on the Isle of Man. In his free time, Dave likes working on his home and cars and enjoys travelling to new destinations - exploring and finding new places to visit.
